It only requires the addition of water.<\/strong> It replaces the two final layers (basic and finishing coat) of common rendering work, applied in a maximum thickness of 3 cm.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It offers high adhesion to the substrate and very good workability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It simplifies and accelerates the application.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is ideal for application with rendering machine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It maintains a standard quality.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It provides the construction with excellent vapor permeability.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Substrate preparation<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The substrate should be stable, free of dust, oily or loose materials, etc. and then thoroughly dampened. A bonding spatterdash (rough cast) with MARMOCRET-BOND should be applied on the surface, before the application of MARMOCRET-1. After the bonding spatterdash has dried, MARMOCRET-1 may be applied.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Application<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">MARMOCRET-1 is added into clean water under continuous stirring, until the mortar formed has the required workability. The render is applied by hand, using a float, trowel or rendering machine. The render is then smoothed by hand, using a spongy float, after it has sufficiently set.
