REOTOL-SPL is a wide-range superplasticizer (ASTM C-494: Type A and F), offering the following advantages:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
  • When added during preparation of concrete, reduces the water required and the resulting water\/cement ratio, thus significantly increasing both initial and final strength.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • When added into the ready-mixed concrete, increases slump from 1-4 cm to 18-22 cm, without additional water.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Contributes to better hydration of cement.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Facilitates compaction of concrete, reduces segregation and sinificantly improves workability and pumpability.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Significantly reduces setting shrinkage, thus preventing cracks.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Improves water impermeability.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Is free of chlorides and other corrosive constituents.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Does not have a retarding effect.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Is compatible with all kinds of Portland cement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Certified with the CE marking as high-range water reducing – concrete superplasticizing admixture, according to EN 934-2: T3.1 and T3.2, certificate number: 0906-CPR-02412007-01. REOTOL-SPL is necessary forpreparing high-strength concrete, exposed concrete, pumpable concrete, screeds for underfloor heating systems etc.<\/span>
    \nREOTOL-SPL may be added:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Into the mixing water during the preparation of concrete.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Into the ready-mixed concrete, just before use. In this case, the concrete mixer truck drum should rotate for an additional 4-5 minutes, to achieve uniform dispersion into the concrete mass.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
