FLOWCRET 1-10 is a self-leveling, polymer-modified, cement-based mortar, used for flooring applications.<\/strong> It forms a smooth and durable surface. Suitable for layers 1-10 mm thick. Certified according to EN 13813 and classified as CT-C30-F10-AR1. CE marked.<\/span>
\nTo prepare smooth and even interior concrete, mortar or terrazzo floors, before laying finishing materials like ceramic tiles, carpets, parquet, vinyl tiles, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Substrate<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe substrate must be dry, stable and also free of dust, grease, loose particles, etc. Primarily, the surface is primed with the acrylic primer UNI-PRIMER. Product application follows once the primer has completely dried (after approx. 2 h). Primer consumption: 200-300 g\/m2.<\/span><\/div>\n
Application<\/span><\/strong>
\nFLOWCRET 1-10 is gradually added into 5.50-6.00 l of water under continuous stirring, until a homogeneous, lump-free, low-viscosity mass is formed. The mixture is left for about 3 min. to settle and is then stirred again. A low speed electric mixer (approx. 300 rpm) is recommended for mixing. The mortar is poured onto the primed substrate in one layer and is spread to desired thickness with a large metal notched trowel, squeegee, etc. As soon as the product has self-levelled, it must be rolled immediately with a suitable spiked roller to release all the air retained within its mass. Following the completion of its application and after the required drying time has elapsed, FLOWCRET 1-10 should be covered or adequetely protected with a floor overlay (tiles, plastic flooring, resin coating, varnish, etc.). For greater layer thickness up to 30 mm, the use of FLOWCRET 3-30 EXPRESS is recommended.<\/span><\/div>\n

  • During application and initial setting\/hardening of FLOWCRET 1-10, the surface must be protected from quick water loss due to the high temperature, UV radiation or wind.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Expansion joints should be placed at every 25 m2, in a maximum of 5×5 m grid layout.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Do not add cement, gypsum, lime or other binders to the FLOWCRET 1-10 mix.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Before the installation of parquet or vinyl tiles, it is necessary to measure the moisture content with a moisture meter.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″]

    • Temperature during application should be at least +5 oC.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Mixture that has started to harden should not be used.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • FLOWCRET 1-10 contains cement and reacts as alkaline with water, so it is classified as irritant.<\/span><\/li>\n
