FLOWCRET 3-30 EXPRESS is a fast-setting, self-leveling, polymer-modified cementitious screed used for flooring applications.<\/strong> Features high mechanical strength, superb adhesion to the substrate, excellent workability, fast hardening and drying and low shrinkage. Forms a smooth, level and durable surface that can be promptly coated. Suitable for layers 3-30 mm thick. Certified according to EN 13813 and classified as CT-C30-F7-AR0.5. CE marked. FLOWCRET 3-30 EXPRESS has received an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) following an assessment of its life-cycle environmental impacts.     Substrate<\/span><\/strong>
    \nThe substrate must be dry, stable and also free of dust, grease, loose particles, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Priming<\/span><\/strong>
    \n1.1. Absorbent surfaces, such as concrete or screeds, should be primed with the acrylic primer UNI-PRIMER. Product application follows once the primer has completely dried (approx. after 2 hours). Primer consumption: 200-300 g\/m2.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1.2. Smooth or non-absorbent surfaces should be primed with SUPERGRUND adhesion promoter. FLOWCRET 3-30 EXPRESS can be applied once the primer has completely dried (approx. after 1-2 hours). Primer consumption: 100-200 g\/m2.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Application<\/span><\/strong>
    \nFLOWCRET 3-30 EXPRESS is gradually added to 5.75-6.00 l of water under continuous stirring until a homogeneous, lump-free, low-viscosity mass is formed. The mixture is left about 3 minutes to settle and is then stirred again. A low speed electric mixer (approx. 300 rpm) is recommended for mixing. The cement mortar is poured onto the primed substrate in one layer and is spread to desired thickness with a large metal notched trowel. As soon as the product has self-levelled, it must be rolled immediately with a suitable spiked roller to release all the air retained within its mass.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    • For application to floors with underfloor heating, it is recommended that expansion-contraction joints be cut every 25-30 m2 of surface and filled with the appropriate elastic materials.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • During application and initial setting\/hardening of FLOWCRET 3-30 EXPRESS, the surface must be protected to prevent quick water loss due to high temperature, UV radiation or wind.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Do not add cement, gypsum, lime or other binders to FLOWCRET 3-30 EXPRESS.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Before the installation of parquet or vinyl tiles, it is necessary to measure the moisture content with a moisture meter.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″]

      • Temperature during application should be at least +5 oC.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Mixture that has started to harden should not be used.<\/span><\/li>\n
