ISOMAT PREMIUM COLOR ECO is a premium, eco-friendly, matt emulsion paint for interior use.\u00a0<\/b>Features excellent opacity and surface coverage, while offering great workability and flow. Has outstanding resistance to frequent washing and aging. Provides strong adhesion to any kind of old or new substrate. Delivers a beautiful matt finish. Nearly odorless. Certified according to the criteria of the European Union Ecolabelling Board (EUEB). ISOMAT PREMIUM COLOR ECO is used for indoor applications, on new or old surfaces, on all common building materials, such as concrete, plaster, gypsum boards, etc. Ideal for children’s rooms, kindergartens, schools, hospitals, etc.<\/span><\/div>\n
Substrate preparation<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe substrate should be dry and free of grease, loose particles, dust, etc.<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n
  • Cracks or joints should be filled with ISOMASTIC-A acrylic sealant or ISOMAT ACRYL-STUCCO acrylic filler.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Concrete imperfections should be repaired with DUROCRET polymer-modified mortar.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Plastered wall should be repaired with UNICRET and UNICRET-FAST premixed mortars.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • For surface smoothing, STUCCOCRET powder filler should be used.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The substrate should be primed with the acrylic, micronized, water-based primer PRIMER-CLASSIC is also ideal to use for the stabilization of loose or crumbly substrates. As an alternative to PRIMER-CLASSIC, the acrylic water-based primer FLEX-PRIMER may also be used. When it comes to dark paint color, it is recommended to apply a coat of ISOMAT PREMIUM COLOR ECO tinted in a light shade of the same color tone on a base with higher opacity. Surfaces stained by smoke, nicotine, exhaust fumes, water-soluble markers, pencils, etc. should be primed with the stain blocker BLOCK-PRIMER. Priming is not necessary on already painted surfaces as long as the old paint is sound.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Application<\/span><\/strong>
    \nISOMAT PREMIUM COLOR ECO should be thoroughly stirred before use. It is applied as is or thinned 5-10% with clean water, in two coats, using a roller, brush, or airless gun. The second coat is applied once the first one has completely dried. The application should be postponed in case very low\/very high temperatures (below 8oC or above 35oC) or conditions of relative humidity over 85% are expected. Harsh weather conditions might negatively affect the properties of the paint.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
