It is resistant to water, acids, alkalis, petroleum products, etc.<\/strong> Certified according to EN 13813 and classified as SR-B2,0. CE marked.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">DUROPRIMER is used as a primer on cement-based substrates, e.g. cocrete, cement screed, etc., to be covered with epoxy floor coatings from the DUROFLOOR range.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Substrate<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The flooring surface should be:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dry and stable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Free of materials that might impair bonding, e.g. dust, loose particles, grease, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Protected from underneath moisture attack.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mixing of the components<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Components A (resin) and B (hardener) are packaged in two separate containers, having the correct predetermined mixing ratio by weight. The two components are mixed in a clean and dry container- a mixing time of about 5 minutes with a low-speed mixer (300 rpm) is recommended. It is important to stir the mixture thoroughly near the sides and bottom of the container to achieve uniform dispersion of the hardener.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Application-Consumption<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">DUROPRIMER is applied by roller, brush, or spray in one layer.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Consumption: 200-300 g\/m2.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The application of the qualified DUROFLOOR system follows within 24 hours and after the primer has hardened. In case the DUROFLOOR system is to be applied 24 hours after priming, quartz sand with a particle size of 0,3-0,8 mm should be spread on the surface while the primer is still fresh to ensure good bonding. After hardening of DUROPRIMER, any loose grains should be removed using a high-suction vacuum cleaner.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<div class=\"standard-arrow bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The workability of epoxy materials is affected by their temperature. The ideal temperature of application is between +15 oC and +25 oC so that the product will be easy to use and cure as prescribed. Room temperature below +15 oC will prolong the curing time and temperature above +30 oC will accelerate the curing time. In winter time a mild preheating of the product is recommended, while in summer to store the materials in a cool room before application.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">DUROPRIMER contains solvents. In case of application in closed rooms measures should be taken for good ventilation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bonding between successive layers may be severely affected by moisture or dirt present between them.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In case recoat time is longer than expected or old floors are to be overlaid again, the substrate should be thoroughly cleaned and ground before applying the new layer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<div class=\"standard-arrow bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Epoxy layers should be protected from moisture for 4-6 hours after application. Moisture may whiten the surface or\/and make it sticky. It may also disturb hardening.
