Certified according to EN 13813 and classified as SR-B2,0. CE marked.<\/span>
\nDUROFLOOR-CV is used as an intermediate layer of the epoxy system DUROFLOOR-C, to assure uniform conductivity on the whole floor surface.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mixing of components<\/span><\/strong>
\nComponents A (resin) and B (hardener) are packaged in two separate containers, having the correct predetermined mixing ratio by weight. The entire contents of component B is added to component A. Mixing of the 2 components should take place for abour 5 minutes, using a low-revolution mixer (300 rpm). It is important to stir the mixture thoroughly near the sides and bottom of the container to achieve uniform dispersion of the hardener.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application – Consumption<\/span><\/strong>
\nDUROFLOOR-CV is applied within 24 hours after priming with DUROFLOOR-PSF or DUROPRIMER epoxy primer and after the primer has hardened. First, the special self-adhesive copper tapes (conductors) should be installed on the floor in a grid formation of at most 5 x 5 m mesh and connected to the ground through a perimetric cable. Afterwards, DUROFLOOR-CV is applied by roller in a thin layer.<\/span>
\nConsumption: approx. 200 g\/m2.<\/span>
\nDUROFLOOR-C should be applied within the following 24 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n

DUROFLOOR-CV is supplied in packages (A+B) of 8 kg, with components A and B having fixed weight proportions.<\/span>
\n12 months from date of production if stored in original sealed packaging, in areas protected from humidity and direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature between +5 oC and +35 oC.<\/span><\/p>\n
