Technical Characteristics<\/span><\/strong>
\nSpecial micaceous enamel that gives the treated surface an aged, wrought iron finish. It can be used as a decorative product or as a decorative finish for the creation of several effects. Product certified in class A+ under emissions classifications (Decree of the Official French Gazzette dated 19th April 2011).<\/span><\/p>\n

Ideal Use<\/span><\/strong>
\nOn iron, wood, walls, zinc, PVC etc. in interiors and exteriors surfaces.<\/span><\/p>\n

Surface Preparation<\/span><\/strong>
\nClean the surface and remove detaching parts. Grease or oil must be removed with appropriate products.<\/span><\/p>\n

On iron:<\/strong> sand down, if rust is present apply a coat of CONVERTITORE ECOLOGICO and one coat of ANTIRUGGINE ECOLOGICO.<\/span><\/p>\n

On wood:<\/strong> sand down and apply one coat of ECOFONDO RIEMPITIVO. When dry sand with sandpaper.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application method<\/span><\/strong>
\nAfter the surface has been correctly prepared, apply two coats of undiluted ECOSMALTO FERROMICACEO, by brush or roller, waiting 4-5 hours between coats. in case of application by spray gun (2-2.5 mm nozzle) dilute with 10-15% drinkable water. ECOSMALTO FERROMICACEO can be applied directly onto zinc and PVC.<\/span><\/p>\n

Safety Information<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe product is free of heavy metals such as lead or chrome. It does not contain toxic solvents, aromatics or chlorides. There is no risk of any dangerous polymerisation. The product is considered to be a non-dangerous substance if used in the technically correct manner. Normal cautionary measures for the handling of water based paints are advised. No special arrangements are required for the storage, movement and transportation of the product; the containers, residue, eventual spilt material should be cleaned up using absorbent inert material such as sand, soil etc. and then disposed of in accordance with the regional and national regulations in force at that time. transportation must be carried out in accordance with international agreements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Specifications<\/span><\/strong>
\nClean the surfaces with wire brushes or fine sandpaper, degrease with appropriate products. After surface preparation, apply two coats of an enamel such as ECOSMALTO FERROMICACEO. All must be carried out in accordance with the norms of application.<\/span><\/p>\n
