Product certified in class “A+” under emissions classifications (Decree of the Official French Gazzette dated 19th April 2011).<\/span><\/p>\n

Surface Preparation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Thoroughly clean the surface to be painted, removing all loose material. Verify the adhesion of layers of paint already present, if any, because DECORTINA NEW may cause their detachment whenever poorly adherent.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application Method<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The application cycle varies according to the substrate.<\/span><\/p>\n

For very powdery surfaces, it is recommended to apply a coat of CRILUX by OIKOS diluted 1:4 with drinkable water. Wait at least 3 hours before applying the first coat of DECORTINA NEW. On oily\/ greasy surfaces the oil stains must be previously removed using a suitable degreasing detergent for domestic use. Apply two coats of DECORTINA NEW allowing 6-8 hours between coats according to the surface condition.<\/span><\/p>\n

Safety Information<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The product is free of heavy metals such as lead or chrome. It does not contain toxic solvents, aromatics or chlorides. There is no risk of any dangerous polymerisation. The product is considered to be a non dangerous substance if used in the technically correct manner. Normalcautionary measures for the handling of water based paints are advised. No special arrangements are required for the storage, movement and transportation of the product; the containers, residue, eventual spilt material should be cleaned up usingabsorbent inert material such as sand, soil etc. and then disposed of in accordance with the regional and national regulations in force at that time. Transportation must be carried out in accordance with international agreements.<\/span><\/p>\n
