Allows for faster workflow and project completion by forgoing the need for post painting. Thanks to its high elasticity and excellent adhesion to the surface, it is ideal for use as a finish coat in external thermal insulation systems. MARMOCRYL FR Fine is a pasty, white or colored, acrylic finis render, specifically designed to achieve optimized fire protection. It consists of aggregates with special particle size distribution deliveringa smooth decorative finish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Substrate preparation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The substrate must be dry and free of dust, oil or grease, loose material, etc. It is then primed with FLEX-PRIMER or ML-PRIMER. Smooth or non-absorbent surfaces should be primed with PL-BOND. MARMOCRYL FR Fine is applied after the primer has dried.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Application<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">MARMOCRYL FR Fine should be thoroughly stirred before application. Stirring should be done with slow circular motions to prevent bubble formation in the mass of the material. The render is applied by hand, using a smooth stainless steel trowel, or with a rendering machine. While still fresh (5-15 min after its application), the render is treated (pressed) with a plastic float. Working time depends on substrate absorbency and ambient temperature.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<div class=\"standard-arrow bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The natural aggregate used in the render can cause slight differences in color. For this reason and in order to achieve a uniform color result, it is recommended to use products of the same batch or to mix products of different batches.
