Provides a level and durable surface that can receive\u00a0 floor finish in a short period.Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications up to 60 mm thickness. Ideal for fast filling, smoothing and leveling of floors in commercial, residential and office spaces where fast floor covering installation is required. Suitable for laying cement screeds above underfloor heating systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Substrate<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The substrate must be stable, dry, free from rising damp, dust, grease, loose materials or other contaminants that may impair the adhesion of SCREED-60 EXPRESS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Application<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Slowly pour a 25 kg of SCREED-60 EXPRESS into a container with 1.9 l of water while stirring. Mix for a minimum of\u00a0 5 minutes using a low-speed mixer (300 rpm) until\u00a0 a lump-free mix with semi-dry consistency is formed. SCREED-60 EXPRESS is applied according to the general practices used in conventional cement floors. Apply the mixed material onto the prepared substrate using screed guides and then tamp it down with a screed bar\/straight edge to ensure proper compaction prior to leveling and smoothing with a float to obtain the desired final result. For application thicknesses between 10-60 mm to non-absorbent substrates such as ceramic tiles, it is recommended to apply first a bonding layer using ADIPLAST polymer latex, so as to ensure excellent\u00a0 adhesion to the substrate. SCREED-60 EXPRESS is applied while the bonding layer is still fresh.\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<div class=\"standard-arrow bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Before installing SCREED-60 EXPRESS on substrates with rising damp, apply first a suitable waterproofing layer.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">During application and at the start of the setting\/hardening process, the material must be protected from rapid water loss due to high temperatures, sunlight or air currents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do not mix SCREED-60 EXPRESS with otherbinding materials (cement, gypsum, lime) respectively<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Parquet, PVC and linoleum floorings may be installed after 4 days, once SCREED-60 EXPRESS is completely dry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suitable for laying floors ready to withstand foot traffic after 12 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Before installing a parquet or plastic flooring, we recommend that the measured remaining moisture should be less than 2%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>[\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<div class=\"standard-arrow bullet-top\"><ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Temperature during application must beat least +5\u00baC.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do not use the mix that has already begun to set in the mixing tank<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Do not use more water than instructed.
