SUPERGRUND is used for preparation of smooth or non-absorbent substrates to guarantee an exceptional key and rough grip surface prior to tile laying. It is also used as a primer of DUROCRET-DECO, DUROCRET-DECO FLEX, DUROCRET-DECO FINISH decorative microcements and ACRYL-DECO FINISH ready-mixed decorative coating. Suitable for a variety of substrates including cementitious industrial floors, anhydrite screeds, magnesite screeds, mastic asphalt screeds, existing tiles, marble, natural stone, metal and wooden floors, PVC floorings, tarpaulin (linoleum), etc. For interior and exterior use.<\/span><\/p>\n

Substrate preparation<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The substrate to be primed has to be dry and completely free of dust, oil, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Application<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Before use, the content of the container should be thoroughly stirred until the mixture becomes homogeneous. For non-absorbent substrates, SUPERGRUND is poured directly from the container onto the substrate and spread by roller or brush in one thin layer. If after the application of the first layer the surface has not been completely covered with material, then a second layer should be applied, after the first one has dried. The adhesive may be applied one hour after priming at +20\u00b0C. In case of absorbent substrates, SUPERGRUND is diluted with clean water up to a 1:1 ratio, depending on the absorbency of the substrate. SUPERGRUND may then be uniformly applied on the substrate by rolleror brush.
