It offers:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Resistance to temperature fluctuations from -40 oC to +90 oC.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent bonding to any kind of building material.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">High elasticity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Great resistance to aging and weather conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adhesion to wet substrates (even without priming).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Good resistance to fungi growth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Overpaintability after hardening.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">FLEX MS-45 is suitable for sealing vertical and horizontal joints (3-40 mm wide), both indoors and outdoors, between materials like glass, aluminium, wood, granite, marble, PVC, etc. Also suitable for elastic bonding on various substrates. Not recommended for joints immersed into water or in direct contact with food products. In case of grouting on natural or artificial stones, such as marble and granite, please contact ISOMAT&#8217;s Technical Support Department.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Substrate preparation<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Substrate must be free of dust, loose particles, grease, etc. The joint should be cleaned with a paintbrush or wire brush and then air-blasted. To avoid undesirable soiling at joint edges, a self-adhesive paper tape is applied along the edges and then removed immediately after sealing the joint (before a film is formed).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Application<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The cartridge is inserted in the special gun and the nozzle is cut slantwise, so that it does not fit into the joint but barely touches and slides along the edges. FLEX MS-45 is applied by moving the cartridge along the joint axis at a 45o angle.
