FLEX PU-30 S is a one-component, polyurethane sealant with solvents providing:

• Resistance to temperatures ranging from -40 oC to +90 oC.
• Excellent bonding to any kind of building material.
• High elasticity.
• Great resistance to aging (UV radiation and weather). 
• Overpaintability after hardening, only with water-based paints.

FLEX PU-30 S is suitable for sealing vertical and horizontal joints of 5-50 mm width, on various materials like concrete, aluminium, steel, wood, glass, natural and artificial stones, etc., both indoors and outdoors. Substrate prepartion
Substrate must be dry and free of dust, loose particles, grease, etc. It is recommended that the joint is cleaned with a paint brush or wire brush and then air-blasted. To avoid undesirable soiling at joint edges, a self-adhesive paper tape is applied along the edges and then removed immediately after sealing the joint (before a film is formed).

Application
The cartridge is inserted in the special gun and the nozzle is cut slantwise, so that it does not fit into the joint butbarely touches and slides along the edges. FLEX PU-30 S is applied by moving the cartridge along the joint axis at a 45o angle. While still fresh, the mastic is leveled witha trowel.
