CERAMIC POWDER

Ceramic powder is a traditional ingredient in building and plastering mortars. It is produced by crushing natural bricks and is baked at temperatures of up to 900 oC, to gice it pozzolanic properties. Used since Roman times, primarily to produce top grade mortar. If combined with hydrated lime and pozzolana, ceramic powder becomes even more durable.

In addition to giving a rich, earthy hue to the mortar it also provides high durability. Ceramic powder is a material widely used in renovation and restoration projects as well as in new builds. Available in various grain sizes. Available in normal-sized bags or 1 ton bigbags.
