IL PIGMENTATO by OIKOS is a special, highly vapour permeable, coloured primer for interiors. It is based on acrylic resins in water dispersion with titanium dioxide fillers. This product is able to permeate deep into the surface, which further than consolidating the wall, allows it to limit and make more even the absorption of the surface. Givin its high covering power, the amount of finishing products used is reduced. It can be applied on alkaline substrates, civil plaster, rustic plaster, old walls, powdering plaster or plaster which are highly absorbent. The product is free of heavy metals such as lead or chrome. It does not contain toxic solvents, aromatics or chlorides. There is no risk of any dangerous polymerisation. No special arrangements are required for the storage, movement and transportation of the product; the containers, residue, eventual split material should be cleaned up using absorbent inert material such as sand, soil etc. and then disposed of in accordance with the regional and national regulations in force at that time.
