ISOMAT REPAIR 5-70 is a fiber-reinforced, polymer-modified, cementitious mortar, free from corrosive substances, for indoor and outdoor use, offering:

Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be free from dust, grease, etc. Before applying ISOMAT REPAIR 5-70, thoroughly dampen the substrate with water and then wait until excess water has evaporated, otherwise remove it with compressed air.
Application
A 25 kg bag is ISOMAT REPAIR 5-70 is added to 4.6-5.0 l of water continuous stirring until a homegeneous, viscous paste suitable for repair work is obtained. A low-speed mixer or a concrete mixer is recommended for mixing. The mixture is then trowel-applied or spayed to the desired thinckness. If a second layer is required, it is recommended to roughen the surface of the first layer to ensure better adhesion. The final surface must be protected from premature drying out for 48 hours by periodic dampening, covering it with wet cloths, polyethylene sheets or others suitable measures.
