PLASTIPROOF is a liquid admixture acting as a concrete plasticizer and waterproofing agent (ASTM C-494: Type A), while offering the following advantages:
- It significantly increases water impermeability, against either hydrostatic pressure or capillary absorption.
- It improves workability without the addition of water.
- It has no air entraining action.
- It is free of chlorides and other corrosive ingredients.
- It is compatible with all kinds of Portland cement.

PLASTIPROOF is a necessary aid for prepairing high strength concrete, exposed concrete, pumpable concrete, etc. It is suitable for any type of concrete element that is in constant or temporary contact with water, such as foundations, basements, water tanks, tunnels, canals, sewage and wastewater treatment tanks, swimming pools, etc.
PLASTIPROOF can be added:
- to the mixing water during the preparation of concrete.
- to the ready-mixed concrete just before use. In this case, the concrete mixer truck should rotate for an additional 3-5 minutes to achieve uniform dispersion of PLASTIPROOF into the concrete mass.
