Description
Acrylic paint, extra washable, for interiors. The product is characterized by high coverage and permits to cover walls already painted even with strong and intense colours. Thanks to its high washability (class 2) the product is easy to clean and is ideal for high traffic areas. Excellent quality/price/performace ratio thanks to its very high yield. Extrapaint has an excellent vapour permeability and huarantees well-being in the environments in which you live. its smooth/matt finish gives the walls and elegant and refined look, combining excellent technical performance and a quality aesthetic finish, for a result that lasts over time.

Surface Preparation
Clean the surface, removing any loose material. For crumbly or very absorbent substrates, apply the recommended acrylic fixative CRILUX or NEOFIX by OIKOS. In order to increase the coverage of the cycle use as primer IL PIGMENTATO by OIKOS. On walls that are in good condition, the product can be applied without using a primer. Wait at least 6 hours before applying the finish.
Application Method
Apply 2 coats of EXTRAPAINT diluted 50% with drinkable water.
Attention: in order to increase the coverage for walls already painted with strong colours, we recommend to apply IL PIGMENTATO in the same shade and dilute the product with 25% drinkable water.
Safety Information
The product is free of heavy metals such as lead or chrome. It does not contain toxic solvents, aromatic or chlorides. There is no risk of any dangerous polymerisation. The product is considered to be a non-dangerous substance if used in the technically correct manner. Normal cautionary measures for the handling of water based paints are advised. No special arrangements are required for the storage, movement and transportation of the product; the containers, residue, eventual spilt material should be cleaned up using absorbent inert material such as sand, soil etc. and then disposed of in accordance with the regional and national regulations in force at that time. Transportation must be carried out in accordance with international agreements.
Specifications
Thoroughly clean the surface, removing any loose material. For crumbly or very absorbent substrates apply a sealer based on acrylic resins such as CRILUX or NEOFIX by OIKOS. Otherwise, in order to increase the coverage of the cycle, use as primer IL PIGMENTATO by OIKOS. Wait 6 hours then apply two coats of an acrylic paint such as EXTRAPAINT by OIKOS, having a high vapour permeability (UNI EN ISO 7783-2:2001), washability Class 2 (UNI EN ISO 11998:2006) and A+ class under emissions classifications. All must be carried out in accordance with the norms of application.
