One-component, polyurethane, transparent coating with high penetrating ability. When applied on concrete floors or cement mortars, it seald and dustproofs their surface. ISOMAT BI-120 PU can also be used as a surface hardener for crumbled floorings, in order to increase their strength and wear resistance. More over, it eliminates the permeability of floorings and thus makes them easy to clean. Certified according to EN 1504-2 and classified as a coating for surface protection of  concrete. CE marked.

ISOMAT BI-120 PU is used on concrete floors or cement mortars, in places such as basements, warehouses, light/medium traffic parking lots, etc. Furthermore, it can be used as a protective coating for metal structures. Suitable for indoor use.

Substrate preparation

The surface must be dry and free of dust, grease, dirt, etc. For better impregntion of ISOMAT BI-120 PU, the surface should be prepared by grinding and dust removal.

Application

ISOMAT BI-120 PU is uniformly applied to the substrate by brush, roller or spray until full saturation. For very absorbent surfaces, it is usually required to apply a second layer after the first one has dried.
