Mineral paint formulated with mature lime putty, with smooth, mat effect. Its high level of alkalinity and its excellent vapour permeability give the paint a bacteriostatic action thus preventing the development of mould and bacteria. The product confers to the wall a warm appearence with tones of colour typical of the ancient decorations made with lime products. Formaldehyde-free. Product certified in class “A+” under emissions classifications (Decree of the OFFICIAL French Gazette dated 19th April 2011).

Exterior and interior walls of historical or prestigious buildings.
Surface Preparation
The surface must be dry and mature, new plasters should be left to mature for at least 30 days to allow complete carbonation of the support. Carefully brush or strip the surfaces and remove loose and flaking material. In case of restoration work, water infiltrations and leakages must be repaired. For the best results, it is recommended to apply the product directly on lime plasters or on existing coatings of lime paint once they have been carefully washed and brushed clean. Only if really necessary, CONSOLIDANTE CALCE correctly diluted,canbe used to consolidate very absorbent or powdering surfaces. On interior surfaces it is possible to apply the product on to already painted surfaces only after having carefully evaluated the adhesion of the product. Paints with low absorption levels should be sanded down to increase porosity and facilitate the adhesion of the product however if this is not sufficient, screed the surfacewith RASATURA ALLA CALCE..
Application Method
Apply by brush: first coat diluted 20 – 25% with drinkable water: second coat, after approximately 4 hours, diluted 25 – 30 % with drinkable water. Protect the surface from rain furing at least the first 24 – 48 hours after application.

The product is clasified as hazardous pursuant to the provisions set forth in the Regulations (CE) 1272/2008 (CLP) and subsequent amendments and supplements. No special arrangements are required for the storage, movement and transportation of the product; the containers, residue, eventual spilt material should be cleaned up using absorbent inert material such as sand, soil etc. and then disposed of in accordance with the regional and national regulations in force at that time.
